The most important thing for the maintenance of big size freezer is to clean the filter screen frequently. Generally, it should be cleaned every 2-3 weeks. Moreover, the panel is removed, the air filter screen is drawn out, and the drawn-out air filter screen is washed under clear water. The filter screen is made of metal and polyester, so it cannot be washed with hot water to prevent shrinkage deformation, and drying is not allowed after washing. The water of the filter screen can be dried or naturally dried, inserted into the panel, and put into a big size freezer to protect the cooling fins of the condenser and evaporator of the big size freezer.

The cooling fins of condenser and evaporator are formed by expanding tubes after 0.12mm aluminum sheets are sleeved into copper tubes. They cannot withstand a collision. If the cooling fins are damaged, the heat exchange effect of big size freezer will be affected and the refrigeration effect will be reduced. The refrigeration system of big size freezer will be protected. If the components or connecting pipelines of the refrigeration system are damaged, the refrigerant will leak and cannot be refrigerated.

The seal on the door should also be well maintained. Do not keep the door closed for too long. Once you do not use a big size freezer for a long time, wipe it clean, dry the water and then close the door. Moreover, it should be placed in a dry and ventilated place to avoid direct sunlight.
