If you want to increase the efficiency of your refrigerator, please try some of our favorite tips and tricks to improve its overall performance:
test temperature
Be sure to regularly test the temperature of the refrigerator with an ordinary thermometer. If it looks too hot, increases the temperature, but note that it may take up to 24 hours for the temperature to reach a colder level.
Clear top
Clean the top of the refrigerator to keep it away from packages, food, or other items. Storing items on top of the refrigerator will prevent heat from escaping, thereby reducing the efficiency of the refrigerator.
With vacuum cleaner and coil
Use a vacuum cleaner to clean the air vents and back of the refrigerator to remove any dust or debris. In addition, clean the coil under the grille on the back of the refrigerator to achieve the best efficiency.
Turn off the ice cubes
If you find that your refrigerator makes more ice than you consume-turn off the ice maker! Performing this simple step will increase the efficiency of the refrigerator and allow it to focus on keeping your food delicious and cool.
